Refund & Exchange Policy 

We want you to feel good about every purchase from The Conscious & Co. 
If something isn’t right, connect within 7days from the delivery date. We’ll work with you to fix it, gently and fairly. 

1. A Small Request 

Please record the unboxing and first check of the product. 
It helps us verify genuine concerns quickly (we know it’s a bit extra effort, but it truly helps). 

2. Color Bleeding 

If your product bleeds color during the first wash (Please record a video), we’ll offer a full refund of the product value. 

3. Size / Color Exchange 
● ₹29 exchange fee if your order value is below ₹999 
● Free exchange if your order is ₹999 or above 

4. Wrong Product / Not Happy With the Quality 

No worries, we’ll take it back.  Just make sure the product is : with all tags and Details, Unused, unwashed. You’ll need to courier it back to us, and we’ll reimburse your courier charges once the product reaches us. 

5. When We Can’t Accept Returns 

● Used or washed items 
● Items without tags 
● Products damaged due to mishandling 

6. Refund Timeline 

Once your return reaches us and is verified, refunds are issued within 2-3 working days only.. 

7. How to Start a Return 

Just email us at ask.conscious@gmail.com with: 
● Your order ID 
● The issue + video proof 
● Your name and contact number 
We’ll guide you from there.
